Program Introduction

Vocational Training for Persons with Disabilities

Brains Iconic believes that every individual, regardless of ability, has the potential to contribute meaningfully to society. Our vocational training and livelihood programs are designed to help differently-abled individuals gain practical skills and economic independence — beginning with community-level disability awareness work in districts such as Keonjhar.

Why This Work Matters

The reality on the ground

Many differently-abled persons face barriers in education and employment. Without opportunities, they are left dependent on families and society.

What Brains Iconic Does

  • Provide training in employable skills such as tailoring, handicrafts and computer literacy.
  • Connect beneficiaries with job placements and self-employment opportunities.
  • Build confidence and self-reliance through mentorship and community disability-awareness sessions.
